Wedding Reflections provides professional wedding photography and videography services. By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your wedding date. Full payment is due 30 days before your event. Cancellations must be made in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees.

3. Photography and Videography Rights

You grant Wedding Reflections the right to use images and videos from your wedding for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes. We maintain copyright of all images while granting you personal use rights.

4. Delivery Timeline

Edited photos will be delivered within 6-8 weeks of your wedding date. Wedding videos will be completed within 12-16 weeks. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for missed shots due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, or technical failures.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or health emergencies.
